China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (Chinese: 中國移動香港有限公司) (Brand name: Peoples), formerly China Resources Peoples Telephone Company Limited (Chinese: 華潤萬眾香港有限公司) and China Mobile Peoples Telephone Company Limited (Chinese: 中國移動萬眾電話有限公司), is one of the mobile communication operators in Hong Kong.

Peoples was established in January 1997 and parented by China Resources. It is the first PCS mobile network operator in Hong Kong.[1] In October 2005, it was acquired by China Mobile and renamed to China Mobile Peoples Telephone Company Limited.[2] In March 2006, it was delisted and became a fully subsidiary of China Mobile.[3][4] In December 2008, it was renamed to China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited but kept its brand name "Peoples".[1] In December 2012, China Mobile Hong Kong launched the world's first network TD-LTE/LTE FDD fusion (4G) In January 2013, China Mobile Hong Kong rent PCCW's 3G network and WiFi network to upgrade its data transmission capacity.
