Endless.com is an American electronic commerce (e-commerce) site, focusing exclusively on shoes and accessories.[1]

Endless.com was created in December 2006 by Amazon.com, as their first separate e-commerce brand.[2] Shoes are considered one of the fastest growing retail segments. In order to take advantage of the expansion of this new business category, a mirror website for Japan market, named Javari (javari.jp), was created in March 2009.[3]

On October 2009, Amazon launched javari.co.uk in the United Kingdom, followed shortly by Javari sites in France (javari.fr) and Germany (javari.de). [2]

It was announced on July 22, 2009 that Amazon.com would buy Zappos for $940 million in a stock and cash deal.[4]

Endless.com closed on September 27th, 2012[5] and is now amazon.com/fashion.
