|The Rolling Stones concert chronology|
In April 2016 the first rumors of the Rolling Stones headlining a new mega-festival on the Coachella Grounds came up. This concert was announced as Desert Trip with the Stones playing on the first day of the festival, October 7. A second weekend was added a few days later with another Stones gig scheduled for October 14. After a few weeks two more concerts by the Stones were announced separately which were set to take place in the T-Mobile arena on October 19 and 22. The first concert in Las Vegas on October 19 had to be cancelled because of Mick Jagger having laryngitis.
Two private corporate concerts took place on October 3 in Las Vegas and October 25 in Foxboro.
