The İstanbul Cup is a tennis tournament held in İstanbul, Turkey. Held since 2005, this WTA Tour event is a WTA International Tournaments and is played on outdoor clay courts. From 2009, it switched to outdoor hard courts. It closed after its 2010 edition, due to the WTA Tour Championships moving to Istanbul for 2011-2013.

The first edition, held in 2005, was won by American Venus Williams. In the final she beat the young Czech talent Nicole Vaidišová in straight sets: 6–3, 6–2.
The following year the young Israeli player Shahar Pe'er beat Russian Anastasia Myskina to win the Istanbul title.
Russian Elena Dementieva won the 2007 event, leading Frenchwoman Aravane Rezaï 7–6(5), 3–0 before she retired, allowing Dementieva to win the title.
In 2008 Dementieva failed to defend her title, losing in the final match to second-seeded Agnieszka Radwańska of Poland in straight sets.
In 2009 Vera Dushevina won her first WTA singles title with a straight sets victory in the final over Lucie Hradecká.
