Ippolito "Ito" Giani (Varese, 8 September 1941) was an Italian sprinter, that won six medals at the International athletics competitions.[1]

Ito Giani participated at one edition of the Summer Olympics (1964), he has 20 caps in national team from 1963 to 1966.[2]
