Libecina is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Orlicí District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.81 square kilometres (1.86 sq mi), and has a population of 161 (as at 2 October 2006).
Libecina lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Orlicí, 30 km (19 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 124 km (77 mi) east of Prague.
