Luková is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Orlicí District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 14.59 square kilometres (5.63 sq mi), and has a population of 708 (as at 3 July 2006).

Luková lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Orlicí, 62 km (39 mi) east of Pardubice, and 158 km (98 mi) east of Prague.
