The 1994 Massachusetts gubernatorial election was held on November 8, 1994. William Weld was elected Governor of Massachusetts for a second term.

William Weld ran unopposed for the Republican nomination.

The Democratic Primary was won by Mark Roosevelt, a State Representative and the great-grandson of President Theodore Roosevelt. He defeated State Senators George A. Bachrach and Michael J. Barrett.

Activist Bob Massie defeated State Repersentative Marc Draisen for the Democratic nomination for Lieutenant Governor.

Weld defeated Democrat Mark Roosevelt by a 71-28% margin, the largest Gubernatorial margin of victory in Massachusetts history.
