Pantasaph is a small village in Flintshire, north-east Wales, two miles south of Holywell. It is notable for its large Franciscan Retreat Centre on the main street.[1]

The village graveyard holds the remains of a number of British soldiers shot for cowardice during World War I.

It is also the location of the former St Clare's Convent built in 1862 which included a hospital and orphanage school which closed c. 1977/78. The site was derelict for a number of years, but has since been restored and is a designated conservation area.
