The Roman Catholic Church in the Republic of Macedonia is part of the worldwide Roman Catholic Church, under the spiritual leadership of the Pope and curia in Rome. Roman Catholic believers from Macedonia mostly include Albanians, ethnic Macedonians and Croats.
There are around 20,000 Catholics in the country — around 1% of the total population.
There are two separate jurisdictions for those of the Latin Rite and the Byzantine Rite respectively.
